You all know very well that I came from a Catholic background, if you’ve read my Theo-Autobiography, and I was born in Babylon, right? Zerubbabel, which means “born in Babylon.” Yeah, it’s all about me. People say: “Well, it’s all about you, Victor, all about you.” Ok, so it’s all about me, who cares? But I’ll tell you one thing. What I do want to do is point you to the Lord Jesus Christ. I am not pointing you to me. I’m nothing; I’m only a vessel, a weak earthen vessel, whom the Lord has chosen to represent Him, here on earth. Alright?
Let me just thrown an incidental in here. I noticed that on my post of That Prophet, there was somebody who sarcastically said: “Oh, Jesus is back. Oh, and there he is, advertising himself on Facebook. Wow, hahaha!” And I think, when Jesus came 2,000 years ago, and if someone had come and said: “Eh, Jesus is back.” And they’d say: “Oh yeah, born in a barn, eh? That’s the King of the Jews, born in a barn? Hahaha!”
So people judge by appearance, they judge all kinds of things when they know nothing. Foolish, foolish people, darkened people. But they open their mouths and they show their foolishness for what it is. Amazing, it’s amazing, how I find people ignorantly speaking and they are so stupid, so stupid, full of sin, and full of indoctrination, religious indoctrination.
Or they’re atheists, who mock God, who mock the Bible. They don’t have a clue about the Bible, but they’ll mock it anyway. How stupid is that? They don’t have a clue about the Bible, but they’ll mock it anyway, or the people in the Scriptures. The wisdom, the power of the Scriptures. Jesus said to the Pharisees: “Search the Scriptures for in Them you think you have eternal life, and They are They That testify of Me, and yet you won’t come to Me, here I am. I’m the One the Scriptures are talking about.” Right?
And so people, whether they know the Scriptures or don’t know the Scriptures, whether they read them or not, they still oppose those things. It’s an amazing thing, but it’s the contradiction of sinners. It’s the contradiction of people who are ignorant, who are prejudiced; who are, come Hell or high water, opposed to The Truth. Truth is what people hate; man hates the truth. Ever since he ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, he has hated Truth, he has hated God. Amazing.
But God works His grace, and He will give to those He chooses, to those He calls and chooses, the grace to come and to fear Him in righteousness. And to love Him, to obey Him. I will point everybody to the Lord Jesus Christ. I’m not going to point them to my church, so to speak; I don’t have a religious organization, the Lord called me out of all of that. He said: “Leave it behind like you would leave behind your own dung.”
It was only God’s grace that got me out of there, and He delivered me from that; and He delivered me from subsequent denominations, and religious affiliations. He took me through all that whole array of religious organizations, institutions, churches, denominations. He took me out of all that, through and out of it.
And He showed me that it was all the same, it was men’s work; it was men establishing their kingdoms in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And it’s all anathema. It’s like the Pharisees; did you see Jesus or any of the disciples belong to the Pharisee denomination, which was the mainline denomination in His day? Or the Sadducees, they were a mainline denomination. They were all mainline denominations and they were the ones who opposed the Lord Jesus Christ, they called Him a cult, they called Him a sect; that was the term that the King James uses. He was a cult in His day, just like I am a cult in this day. And I’m so glad to identify with Him.
And I’m not afraid of any of you, people. Anybody that wants to come and attack me, and malign me, defame me, slander me. Go for it; and I’ve seen people drop like flies because they do that. Do you think you’re going to get away with it? You’re not going to get away with it, that’s all there is to it. So you’ve got something to think about.
