Unrighteous Judgment

Laurie Fountain responded to A Curse on the Betrayal of Canada:

We don’t curse people as is doing so we would demean ourselves and not make the world a better place.

We play by the rules. We don’t hate.

We don’t lie and we try to do our best to serve all Canadians – including you!

Let us know how we can help you and we will do our best.

Laurie Fountain
President, Parry Sound Muskoka Federal Liberal Association

Victor’s reply:

Ms. Fountain,

We are not cursing people; God’s curse is on those who choose to do wickedly. If they choose not to do wickedly, or repent of doing so, they will not be cursed. It is they who decide to demean themselves and others, making the world a less habitable place:

“When the righteous increase, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people mourn” (Proverbs 29:2 MKJV).

Are liberals playing by the rules? Are they good rules in God’s sight? Are they properly applied? Do you indeed play by the rules? Perhaps technically, but God judges by the spirit of your actions, and not by what you allow yourselves according to man-made laws and your interpretation of them. He sees the heart. You are judging by the appearance. Regarding this, Jesus Christ said:

“Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment” (John 7:24 KJV).

In other words:

“Stop judging by external standards, and judge by true standards” (John 7:24 GNB).

Tied in with this matter of unrighteous judgment is your claim to not be lying; God says that every person is a liar. When you look on the outside appearance and approve of things that are not right on the inside according to reality, that is lying. You do it not so much consciously as by nature. That is why the Son of God has come, and why He sends His servants, like us, to point these things out in order to save people from destroying themselves. That is what always happens when believing and telling lies.

As for not hating, that is also a superficial judgment. I am sure you know that many people do wrong things, even criminal ones, and do not show the least signs of being hateful people. You can also be the most tenderhearted person, apparently law-abiding in all respects, and yet be a great supporter of evil. How do you think Hitler got into power, for example? There is a place, Ms. Fountain, for the proper hating of evil and calling it what it is, which saves many from harm if heeded.

So, if you want to help anyone, help yourself firstly – believe the warning that you have rejected, and act accordingly.

Be certain that the curse causeless does not come. You can read more about the issues of life at our sites, thepathoftruth.com and harvesthaven.com.
