Hi Victor,
Are you referring to this?
Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s 2004 letter to Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson:
September 9, 2004
Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson,
C.C., C.M.M., C.O.M., C.D.
Governor General
Rideau Hall
1 Sussex Drive
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0A1
Excellency,
As leaders of the opposition parties, we are well aware that, given the Liberal minority government, you could be asked by the Prime Minister to dissolve the 38th Parliament at any time should the House of Commons fail to support some part of the government’s program.
We respectfully point out that the opposition parties, who together
constitute a majority in the House, have been in close consultation. We believe that, should a request for dissolution arise this should give
you cause, as constitutional practice has determined, to consult the
opposition leaders and consider all of your options before exercising
your constitutional authority.
Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
Sincerely,
Hon. Stephen Harper, P.C., M.P.
Leader of the Opposition
Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada
Gilles Duceppe, M.P.
Leader of the Bloc Quebecois
Jack Layton, M.P.

Hi Allen,
Contrary to assumptions based on appearances, I am not speaking to represent the general interests of the Conservatives or Stephen Harper. If the shoe fits, let it be worn. If Harper were guilty of the same as what we see happening, I would oppose it. I was made aware by the media of what you present here to me, and the Conservatives had a reply, citing the dissimilarity, of which, I think, you should be aware.
More important, however, is the spirit and motivation of what is happening now, and not just the act. I see what the allegory expresses and I see that the allegory is accurate. Call it reading hearts if you will. I say God has given me to speak. He is done with overlooking hypocritical posturing in the name of justice and right. There is a proverb:
“Most men will proclaim each his own goodness, but a faithful man who can find?” (Proverbs 20:6 MKJV)
Yes, that includes Harper and it includes Hafichuk. However, God has disciplined, chastened, prepared, and given me to see and to speak against lies and corruption, not anywhere and everywhere necessarily, but as He appoints, item by item. This is one of those times.
You need to know that He is finished winking, and so what if He is not? Would you not do well by doing right?
Victor
Hi Victor,
Stephen Harper told the nation that it was illegal for opposition parties to vote him down and form a coalition government.
That was a lie. Harper told the entire nation a bald-faced lie.
I am working to rectify and forgive Harper for that as we speak.
Al
Hi Allen,
While anything is possible, I find it hard to believe Stephen Harper would tell the entire nation an easily provable lie. He didn’t get to be where he is now by being that stupid. Either something was taken out of context or misinterpreted or what? If you have the sure evidence, I will accept it. My agenda is not one of personally defending or exonerating any man, Harper included, if it is not coming to him.
However, what we have written still stands because we have not written it of ourselves. God knows the hearts, notwithstanding the deceptiveness of appearances.
Victor
