Subject: God is One
Dear Victor,
I read through the following article that you and Paul wrote, after attending a sermon this past Sunday at a local church:
https://www.thepathoftruth.com/falsehood-exposed/trinity/asininity-of-the-trinity.htm
The topic of their sermon was Isiah’s prophecy of Jesus Christ based on the following scripture: Isaiah 9:6-7. In this scripture it mentions that “he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father”.
Is this proof that “a son is given” (Jesus Christ) is actually the
Everlasting Father (Almighty God) and Wonderful Counselor (Holy Spirit) and that God is one and not part of a trinity?
When I spoke to the pastor, after he gave the sermon, I gently mentioned this might be a possible proof that God is one. He did not agree and strongly rebuked me that the church strongly defends the Trinity – that God is three persons and I was in some trouble if believing otherwise. At this point I felt in my spirit something like a warning. I have spoken to this pastor before on other matters and he was more gentle. But that seemed to change this time. He then suggested I listen to his past audio sermon on the Trinity and dismissed me as he had other people to see (behind us).
Am I out of line here and outside of God’s will?
Earlier last week before the above sermon I was pondered another question. In Daniel 7:13-14 it mentions the prophet’s vision where he sees the son of man approaching the Ancient of Days.
Is this Christ approaching God Almighty? If so, why in this vision are they spoken of distinctly or separately?
Please help if you will.
Sincerely,
Michael

Hi Michael,
Glad to help, Lord willing.
Yes, Isaiah 9:6, 7 speaks of Jesus Christ Is God (many papers under this link). Bless His Name!
The vehemence in how nominal orthodox Christendom defends the pagan doctrine of Trinitarianism is quite amazing. They get upset, defensive, indignant, insulted and dismissive. You need to ask yourself why.
Think about it: What’s wrong with believing that Jesus Christ is God, which He is? How do I fall short in calling Him, “Lord,” while submitting to His will and obeying Him, turning from sin to His holiness? Where do I go wrong depending on His grace to see me through? How do I fall short by believing He died for my sins, rose from the dead in three days and ascended to Heaven in 40, only to return 10 days later to give His waiting disciples His Spirit? How can we go wrong?
Read all the papers we’ve written on this subject and believe the truth. Realize that those who have such a problem as you describe walk in darkness and fear, or they simply wouldn’t act or react the way your pastor does.
Let me give you an example of their foolishness.
“Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation” (Romans 10:9-10 MKJV).
Is there anything there at all that Paul has missed for salvation? Does he mention the necessity for believing in a Trinitarian God? Now let’s insert the doctrine your pastor defends indignantly and tell me if it makes sense:
“Because if you don’t believe and confess the Trinity, and believe in your heart that God is three persons though one God, you shall be lost. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation” (Romans 10:9-10 MKJV).
No, Michael, when God gives you the truth, it will be so plain, and the machinations of Trinitarians and their emphasis on the importance of believing in the Trinity so utterly preposterous.
Your pastor is indoctrinated by men and not taught of God. He is no shepherd of God’s flock. He’s just another false teacher of many, a blind guide leading the blind, with both destined for the ditch – indeed, he’s already there along with those who believe him.
As to your next question in Daniel, it, along with many other questions will be answered in the section link I just gave you. It’s all there. Soak yourself in the truth, seek the Lord, and believe Him. You need to come out of the systems of men, which are an abomination to the Lord. They grieve Him with their falsehoods and misrepresentations of Him.

Dear Victor,
It’s probably a busy time for all of you at Harvest Haven, since you are at the beginning of the growing season. Thank you for taking the time to write back.
I will read and contemplate what you suggest tonight and tomorrow.
I do praise the Lord for the spirit he put in you to speak boldly and with courage.
Sincerely,
Michael

Dear Victor,
I do agree with all your points below.
I have studied hard over the last few weeks about this topic and read most of your page on Jesus Christ is Almighty God. I have done this with intense passion and the best human reasoning I could muster. I did find a few sites on the internet that do also say the trinity is false only to make a right or left turn and say Jesus is not God or he is only God’s representative. Most christian I asked are stuck in the trinity and give little thought to anything else. Some have asked why I am so stirred in this matter and all I can answer is that I feel compelled to study it. I even asked some Jews what their thoughts are on God’s being one or a trinity. The outcome was God is one (not three persons). The best, I feel, was from a messianic rabbi in Texas who gave me a short beautiful explanation of God’s oneness that seems to agree with you and Paul for the most part.
This is what I currently believe after all my human research and reasoning. God is one person with a spirit and a body. He is holy and above all and he reveals himself in various manifestations, as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He created us in his image, but with a need for Him as savior and Lord. God is Jesus Christ when he reveals himself in the flesh and we can worship and pray to him. The sabbath is sunset Friday to sunset Saturday. This is when I now choose to rest because this is the day that God blessed.
It upsets me that the Roman church defended and murdered people over the trinity doctrine and the change of the sabbath and how the modern church is so deceived and does little to seek the truth about such fundamental matters.
I feel in my spirit that I am tired of the church system and its false teachings. What I really want is for Jesus Christ to be my rabbi, teacher and pastor. Not a human. I also realize my human reasoning/thinking can only go so far, that I need baptism of the Holy Spirit to discern against falseness. It’s not my choice or timing but God’s as to when He might be ready to give me this gift. So I will ask in prayer and wait patiently for Him.
After going to church for many years (RC,WCG,Rock&River,Harvest Bible Chapel) I do occasionally see the supernatural (from God) – which stands in dark contrast to the enlightened time of the apostles who personally knew Christ and witnessed great miracles on a regular basis.
Victor, the first time I contacted you – you asked me to read some scriptures and pray for myself. I did so in faith and that very night Christ appeared to me in a dream and made me a promise. I don’t know if you remember that email. In the dream, Christ said “Everything that is taken from you I will restore”. Since then I have seen various restorations in my life and shedding of false beliefs. So I will close by saying – Praise God for His abiding in you, the restoration I received and the encouragement this may be for both of us.
Sincerely,
Michael

Subject: TPOT
Dear Victor,
I have had repeated reminders that I should bless TPOT with a tithe/donation. I know you do not solicit for such things and could not provide a tax receipt – I am fine with that. Not being baptized in the Holy Spirit, I am really unsure whether this is from God or my own mind.
Would you allow me to do such a thing?
Sincerely,
Michael

Hi Michael!
Thank you for your letter. We don’t get too many of these but we’re thankful for it when we do. I hope the Lord Jesus richly ministers to you in our work. If so, we’d like to hear from you.
You seem familiar somehow by the way the Lord leads us here and that you know more about us than is evident. I’m thankful for that, as well.
You’ll have to determine for yourself whether or not the Lord would have you bless us as you suggest. I do know that what you contemplate is out of the ordinary, not something many people are inclined to do. I also know God is over all hearts. “A man devises his way but the Lord directs his steps,” the proverb goes.
If you intend to do good to us in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, how shall He not be behind it and how shall He not approve? On that basis, why should we refuse you, Michael?
I thank the Lord for His leading you in the right and wise way. Do as you purpose in your heart:
2 Corinthians 9:7-11 MKJV
(7) Each one, as he purposes in his heart, let him give; not of grief, or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver.
(8) And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that in everything, always having all self-sufficiency, you may abound to every good work;
(9) As it is written, “He scattered; he has given to the poor; his righteousness remains forever.”
(10) Now He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for eating, may He supply and multiply your seed, and increase the fruits of your righteousness
(11) you being enriched in everything to all generosity, which works out thanksgiving to God through us.
The Lord bless you, Michael, richly,
Victor
