Whoever composed the information on the page “the path of truth”, that appears on your web site, is as ignorant of Buddha’s Word as they are of Christian scripture. As a matter of fact, Jesus is quoted as saying the same things as the Buddha, for example, “as you sow you reap”, which, the Christians plagiarized from the Buddhist scriptures. That having been said, how is one Teacher right and the other wrong, after having said the same thing? This site is just so much propaganda, suitable for the ignorant.

Subject: The Difference between Jesus Christ and Buddha
Karyl, I wasn’t aware that Buddha said he was the resurrection and the life, and the only way to God.
“Jesus said to her, I am the Resurrection and the Life! He who believes in Me, though he die, yet he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” (John 11:25-26)
“Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but by Me” (John 14:6).
I wasn’t aware that Buddha said:
“Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up” (John 2:19).
I’m sure, however, that Buddha is still in his grave – and Jesus Christ is not.
Stop being willfully ignorant, Karyl, and know this for yourself – something else Buddha didn’t say:
“He who believes on the Son has everlasting life, and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides upon him” (John 3:36 MKJV).
1 John 5:11-13 MKJV
(11) And this is the record, that God has given to us everlasting life, and this life is in His Son.
(12) He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.
(13) I have written these things to you who believe on the Name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have everlasting life, and that you may believe on the Name of the Son of God.
