This may sound ignorant but I really don't understand why you persecute everyone and seek judgement. I thought we were to love not throw hate at everything and everyone. Your site makes me sad and disgusted. One of many reasons why people leave the church.

Hi Kristi,

Did you know that church actually keeps people away from following God and entering His Kingdom?

Here's what Jesus said to the church leaders of His day:

Luke 11:52-54 MKJV
(52) Woe to you, lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You did not enter in yourselves, and you have hindered those who were entering in.

And here's how the church leaders reacted:

(53) And as He said these things to them, the scribes and Pharisees began to be terribly angry, and to draw Him out concerning many things,
(54) lying in ambush for Him, and seeking to catch something out of His mouth, so that they might accuse Him.

So was the Lord “persecuting everyone” by seeking and speaking righteous judgment? Or was He being persecuted, even to death? As the Son of God, didn't He love all men and lay down His life for the whole world?

Do you know what the love of God is and how it behaves in different circumstances? Did you know there is False Love - Satans Last Stronghold, which parades itself as the love of God? Are you filled with the Spirit of God and have you overcome sin, able to discern the difference between good and the evil that appears as good, just as Jesus Christ did?

“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs, which indeed appear beautiful outside, but inside they are full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so you also appear righteous to men outwardly, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity” (Matthew 23:27-28 MKJV).

Did Jesus not lay down His life for ALL people, even those God destroyed in the flood, for example? Was the flood an act of love, or the slaughter of the Jews by the Romans in 70 AD? Does God unrighteously persecute those who rejected the rebukes and warnings of His servants, spoken in His love?

Do you know what you're talking about, Kristi? If you do, then plainly we don't. But if you don't know what you're talking about, then maybe we do, and perhaps you should start listening and considering what we're saying. Consider that your life depends on it.
