Hi Guys

After coming across your site I was a bit disturbed to find some people I admired as "men of God" appearing in your "False Teachers" column
However, to my joy my favourite (not a good choice of words) man of God "Art Katz" was NOT among them
Had he been so, I would have instantly dismissed your site for trash.

The reason for my email is, who do you recommend to listen to?, apart from Jesus and the bible of course
This late in the day, I believe we have very little time left, and I don't want to waste any of it reading or listening to false teachers

I believe the Lord led me here
All I want is Jesus and anyone who leads me closer to him
Who do you recommend?

Hi Ed,

If the Lord led you here, as you say, then you should listen to us if you want Jesus. Going elsewhere would only show you don't believe the Lord or that He speaks here.

Read on our site and learn of Him. Participate in the forum with us and those whom the Lord has gathered to Himself. Receive our correspondence regarding various questions and issues (let me know if you'd like to be added to the mailing list). Come to our Sabbath meetings to hear the Word of God by which you may live, if you believe.

Consider that if you had close communion with the Lord now, you'd already know who was of Him and who wasn't. You wouldn't be looking to be led closer to Him because He dwells within those who have Him, and you can't get any closer than that.

I'm telling you these things because in order for you to receive from the Lord Jesus Christ you'll need to recognize that your knowledge of Him isn't the same as knowing Him. You need to repent of depending on your knowledge and human thinking in order to receive the Lord as He is in truth, thereby gaining the knowledge of Him according to His mind.

"Then shall you return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serves God and him that serves him not" (Malachi 3:18 KJV).

Your focus must be on the Christ and not on His conduit. HE is your salvation.

"For many are called, but few chosen" (Matthew 22:14 MKJV).

Where is the Father with those not chosen, Ed?

"For by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned" (Matthew 12:37 MKJV).

Your logic is ill. If you don't think the Lord has brought you here to draw you to the Father or that the Father is drawing you to the Son in us, then go your way and perish. We're not here to convince sinners of their foolishness and stubbornness; we're here to speak the Truth in the Lord to those who are being given the gifts of faith and repentance. He knows the many He calls and the few He chooses.

Matthew 22:11-14 MKJV
(11) And the king coming in to look over the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment.
(12) And he said to him, Friend, how did you come in here without having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
(13) Then the king said to the servants, Bind him hand and foot and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
(14) For many are called, but few chosen.

Matthew goes on to say:

"Then the Pharisees left and took counsel that they might entangle Him in words" (Matthew 22:15 MKJV).

Isn't that what you just did with your contradictory logic? We let you go to your chosen destruction, not without warning.
