Quite so. A leader may believe and try to do what he set out to do, but he is limited. In fact, still evil and not dealing with the cause.
Other leaders claim to believe in their actions to help the people, but it's just a show. Wikileaks has shown, for example, that Hillary Clinton's team considers how things will feel or appear, but does not consider the good of the country. She doesn't care. You get either the "honest" or the dishonest in an election, and neither can solve the problems even if things feel good for years after their election. The links you listed offer a better way to strike the issue and lead to life than any political choice will.

People need to vote for Jesus Christ, as we say.
Furthermore, it is God Who appoints the rulers He chooses; HE "votes" them in. Isn't He the One Who raises up rulers and nations and brings them down, as we know He has done with all the nations in the Scriptures?
