Hi Victor and Paul,

Are either of you familiar with Emmanuel Swedenborg's writings?

I believe the gospel to be GOD is HUMAN. Everything beyond that is just doctrine.

Man is immortal (not eternal as he has a beginning) and therefore now "everlasting". Hell is his for as long as he likes. I am contemplating your doctrine of hell also being stopped as it appears to make spiritual sense.

We are somewhat familiar with Swedenborg's writings - to what in particular are you drawing our attention?

Swedenborg was right that Jesus Christ is God and “the Trinity” is a lie. He was also wrong on things. What a man believes is of no consequence in itself, however; unless we know the truth in Jesus Christ and walk with Him, we know nothing. He alone completes us in God's image.

“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory” (1 Timothy 3:16 KJV).

God, not we ourselves, calls the shots. “And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then you shall be trodden down by it” (Isaiah 28:18 KJV).

That's the message of the day, Max. God Almighty, the Lord Jesus Christ, reigns supreme. What a glorious truth! Bless His Name!
