Can a Christian today have visions and dreams from God?

Can a Christian in today's time which clearly are the end days have visions and dreams from God? I need to know Bc I have and I've seen many false teachers and prophets and even though they present scriptural evidence of so.... Bc so much manipulation and deception has entered the Christian church today I'm very very weary of them and what they teach! Every dream I or my family have first I record as in the Book of Daniel says we should do ( I guess Bc before we had the written word of God as we do today Bc of Christ's apostles ) I take all things to the Lord I'm sincere bottom of my heart prayer and as well as the visions I have had ... Now I do NOT pronounce or proclaim this gift as its not for merchandise or selfish ambition but I believe it's only for the Body of Christ in these end times as the Prophet Joel prophesied:
““And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions.”
Joel 2:28
And I have seen visions and dreams of mine or my loved ones I've interpreted but first through sincere and desperate truth! I would seek the scriptures also to make sure it's from God ... Well a few of them have actually come to pass and some I'm still waiting upon! But for instance I have a backslidden brother and his wife I believe is not saved at all! But she used to dabble in witchcraft and when the Lord gave me this vision it was more so for them to draw closer to God! But of course Bc my sister in law hates me she didn't believe it! I saw the baby she carried was a girl it's darker curly hair. And she would have some difficulties in the pregnancy but to not worry instead draw nearer to God! Not only did all of that prophecy come to pass ... It probably caused them to think of their relational with back on track again through Repentence!
Please help me I feel had but the wheat and the Tares, Goats ad the Sheep!
