You might want to include SCOFIELD false teacher who has done the most to degrade the real thing. He was a wolf in sheeps clothing and the fundies worship him. Reminds me of king Ahab. You need to keep reading the writings in this section, The Restitution of All Things, including Whose Will Is Free? Also read True Hope for Reform Church Members and All Calvin Doctrine Victims. Above and beyond that, however, you need to seek the Lord in order to know Him. You don't know Him at all if you consider an unrepentant murderer possibly saved and preaching the Truth of God.

You don't know the Lord at all if you find fault with Scofield, comparing him to Ahab, yet paint God, the one you presumably worship, as the most sadistic fiend imaginable Who torments His enemies without end; a billion years from now their screaming agony has only just begun. Next to this monster you call the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Ahab is a mere petty criminal.

(Not justifying Scofield as a true teacher; he isn't at all. We agree that much of his doctrine is diabolical.)

This reply isn't about picking on you for differences in our beliefs, but to introduce you to the One in Whom we believe, and from Whom we received our doctrine. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Many people, John, are getting knowledge, but it's only by eating from the other Tree, the Tree of Life, that we're made complete in God's image.

The Commandment says, “You shall not kill,” in terms of murder, which is hatred and a despising of a life for no good reason. Whatever God despised, He despised for righteousness' sake; though He has killed, He has committed no murder, nor can He do so.

On the other hand, Calvin swore that if he ever got his hands on Michael Servetus, he'd kill him. Just what is your point of contention? That while God loves sinners and atheists that we shouldn't favor them in any way? Don't you hate the Bible? You certainly do, though you might deny it. If you loved the spiritual essence of the Scriptures, you would love and receive us, but you hate the Scriptures; you hate the seed of Abraham, you hate God and you hate us.

Whatever sins the Jews are guilty of (and we've never taught or believed they are innocent), God is at work settling them in their land. You, as a believing bystander, would be able to rejoice if you were of God, but you're not. I have been studying the phoney religion that goes for christianity for over 50 years. Ironically, I agree with 85 % of what you write. However, I wonder why most all of your heretics listed are virtually unknowns and nobodys. Why no Wesley, Darby, Finney, Edwards, Moody, Blackstone, Torrey, etc., etc.?

You say you learned how to receive the Holy Spirit after reading Torrey. Really, how is that so since he was a heretic after the order of Moody who after all was the Billy Graham of the nineteenth century.

I grew up on the southside of Chicago and know all about Moody, Torrey, Sanky, Tozer, Gabelein, DeHaan, Fuller, Dallas seminary, Schofield and on and on. There is not one name that you have on your list that I would remove..yes, John Robbins was a heretic. So was Gordon Clark. So are you.
