It was brought to our attention yesterday that Clayton Jennings was presented with undeniable proof of egregious sins he committed a year or so ago during the heyday of his "ministry."

Of course, Jennings knew about these very deliberate sins, but now that the cat was about to get out of the bag, everyone was going to hear and have proof of what a phony he's been. You'll see how this put Jennings into damage control mode, doing everything within his power to avoid confessing his sins and to maintain his image as a flawed sinner doing God's work.

I first heard about Clayton Jennings sometime ago through TPOT.

My first impression of him was a wanna be fast rapping poet and self glorifying pop-star Las Vegas flamingo with a dash of his humility thrown in to tone down the self glorifying bit. This was simply a facade, smoke and mirrors, and masquerade to fool the undiscerned.

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves." Matthew 7:15 WEB

I have listened to a lot of Clayton's youtube videos. Personally, I am not at all amused by the deliberate intension to mislead people and falsify the true Jesus.

Yes, Clayton is going into damage control. Yet, this show pony had no intension to reveal his sin in the first place but continue his own ministry in denial.

But, the Lord has brought this situation to light as He will with all of our sins. I agree that Clayton has not genuinely repented of his actions. Therefore, I believe Clayton is not going into damage control to douse the [sexual] sins committed before [his] marriage, but to cover those afterwards.

Young cool preachers like Clayton Jennings used to appeal to people like me, would I not know the TPOT, I would have attacked Paul and Victor for even claiming he's false. It's a shame though that many young people still stand with him most seem to be young women. Honestly I'm not sure this has affected his popularity, people are telling him he's still loved and that they're praying for him and it seems they may just forget about it and move on.

Mmm... that a young guy, cool, with a lot of followers, its "slippery", the same old story I heard before, and again another "hot" preacher with a lot of followers, following him, and they do not matter his fruits, because "they like him", as long he do not mess with you, it's all righ... wait to see the outcome, this remind me the pharisees, they were cool too, covincing as well, with "good teachings, but Jesus said: "All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not." Mathew 23:3

Latest on the Clayton Jennings saga.

Repentance does not mean some public relations apology and definitely not on our terms, and if we will not accept the consequences of our actions then we just need to find someone else that will accept us.

Disobedience at work and its fruits will follow. The following scripture comes to mind 'Did God really say, ' Gen 3:1.

Just wanted to say that Clayton Jennings is a guest speaker at a church in Dayton, OH named First Grace Church. He is the guest speaker on fathers day 2017 and his advertised message is called "Man up" and he is also being joined by a questionable rapper in support of his ministry. I contacted the church by email, but they won't answer my email. I wonder if the local media should be contacted if the church refuses to do anything about this serial fornicator, unrepentant as he is. What are your thoughts.

It's not the Father's business, and thus, not ours, to direct the world to deal with false teachers. It IS our business to direct true believers as to how they ought to deal with the world. If a church of the world chooses to entertain wicked men, I can only say it's God's judgment on them.

That said, if you feel you need to do something, communicate with those people as best you know how. What's your relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, Anthony?

I trusted the Lord by Faith many years ago for my salvation. I am in Bible College and working toward becoming a professor of Theology.

So, Anthony, how do we know you are a Biblical Christian? How do YOU know you are?

Salvation comes by grace alone through faith alone as a free gift of God. I have repented and believed the Gospel. Of which there is only one. Works are a result of a transformed life. In other words it is monorgistic and not synergystic. There is evidence of fruit in my life that shows I am a doulos of Christ. The indwelling Holy Spirit has been given to me as an arabbon....or a down payment that I will be ultimately redeemed by the Lord at death or in His rapture of the body of Christ. I was dead in my sins and He made me alive in Christ. Romans 5:12 explains well the total inability of man.

And now that I think about your question I see an error here. First, you say "how do we know you are a Christian." You wouldn't except for my words to give you because you have never seen me nor know me. The better way to ask the question is in your second question to me which was "how do you know." It is very easy for one to study for the right answer to any questions posed. I have met many unregenerate people who have all the right answers. The true evidence was in how they lived their life....the fruit it produced. These people show their colors in what they do. Jesus made that very clear. So, you would have no real way of knowing whether I am truly born again or not based on my typed answer. It begs to produce faulty assumptions at best. Just like.....I have never met you....you sound like you have "some" good answers that look like what a Christian might say, but how would I know whether in your secret life you are addicted to porn? Answer....I would never know. If I observed your life it would eventually come out because time and truth go hand in hand....given enough time the truth comes out eventually. But i would not know unless I observed you. All I know is what you claim in writing. A very faulty assumptive question designed to correct me because you have not truly asked me what you really want to know. Which is deception. No fault intended here but let's not mince words at get to the heart of what you really desire to know instead of questions designed to deceive so as to make your point. If I have offended you I am sorry. I am well aware of strategy like this. I hope I have not offended you. I have just observed some of the ways you answer people in an uncharitable manner. I hope my honest assessments are taken properly whether you agree or not. Suffice it to say, I have answered your questions sufficiently, both times and exegetically sound as well.

Anthony:

Prig | Define Prig at Dictionary.com
http://www.dictionary.com/browse/prig" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
[prig] noun. 1. a person who displays or demands of others pointlessly precise conformity, fussiness about trivialities, or exaggerated propriety, especially in a self-righteous or irritating manner. Origin of prig1.
‎Priggish · ‎Priggery · ‎Priggism · ‎Prigogine

prig Meaning in the Cambridge English Dictionary dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/prig
prignoun [ C ] uk /prɪɡ/ us /prɪɡ/ disapproving. a person who obeys the rules of correct behaviour and considers himself or herself to be morally better than other people. Unpleasant people in general. a dog in the manger idiom.

So you've never known the Lord Jesus Christ, Anthony. How do we know? By ways that are perfectly foreign to you, according to the testimony of Jesus Christ Himself by our brother and Christ's faithful servant (true doulos) through the Scriptures:

1 Corinthians 2:7-16 MKJV
(7) But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, which God has hidden, predetermining it before the world for our glory;
(8) which none of the rulers of this world knew (for if they had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory).
(9) But as it is written, "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard," nor has it entered into the heart of man, "the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
(10) But God has revealed them to us by His Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.
(11) For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of man within him? So also no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
(12) But we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit from God, so that we might know the things that are freely given to us by God.
(13) These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
(14) But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
(15) But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged by no one.
(16) For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.

We know you by your fruits, the fruit of your lips which speak out of the abundance of your heart.

Clayton Jennings is not your problem. You are.

Is not your reply what you do? Do you think your words don’t reflect you, Anthony?

You’ve responded to Victor’s question as if it was hostile, calling it “deceitful.” It wasn’t. It’s an honest question - a good one - offering the sincere soul a chance to share what the Lord has done for him. And if there was a lack in that department, the door is opened to possibly receive for the soul recognizing his lack. But in your case we have something else altogether, a defensive, pious, self-justifying and bombastic response. Is that good? Is it good for you? Do you think it doesn’t say something about you and where you’re at spiritually?

Who are you talking to, Anthony, PhD graduates from religious seminary? Is this the way the Lord or His servants speak? (And by the way, you don't have everything right - there are other gospels (Galatians 1:6-8 and 2 Corinthians 11:4.)

“But seeing the boldness of Peter and John, and perceiving that they were unlearned and uneducated men, they marveled. And they recognized them, that they had been with Jesus” (Acts 4:13 MKJV).

We don't recognize you Anthony, because you haven’t been with Jesus.
