False Teachers? - Peter Popoff, Tim Ross and Soul Survivor

Hello,
I am a fairly new Christian. I recently stumbled across your site, and I think it is extremely helpful and encouraging. God bless you and all the work you do.
I found your list of false prophets especially interesting. Some usual suspects who I had heard of before came up, such as Todd White, Joyce Meyer and Joseph Prince, and I entirely agree with your verdicts thereof.
In this regard, I have a query. I would like to ask whether you consider the following people/groups to be false prophets too:
1. Peter Popoff - https://peterpopoff.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
American televangelist, famously picked out as a hoax by James Randi in 1981 (see following link).
http://www.bible.ca/tongues-popoff-39-17Mhz.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
2. Tim Ross - http://timross.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Texan pastor and amateur stand-up comedian, Tim's ministry appears to correlate with the structure of your identified false prophets, through the brand being centred around him, requests for donations, etc.
3: Soul Survivor - https://soulsurvivor.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Annual summer camp event in the UK and France, with strong links to a church, Soul Survivor Watford. The two main figureheads are Mike Pilavachi and Andy Croft.
I do not know whether these people/groups are false prophets, hence my contacting you for your advice. I would really appreciate it if you could give me your verdict on these people/groups, given the ability you seem to have to correctly identify false prophets.
Thank you very much for your time, and all that you do to glorify God.
I very much look forward to hearing back from you.
Kind regards and God bless
Jason, UK
