Dr. Stephen Jones, False?

Hello. I saw an article by Victor here while googling Dr. Stephen Jones' contact to get in touch with him (his site: https://gods-kingdom-ministries.net/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). I had my doubts and do about many other pastors and teachers today. Can Victor or someone else explain a brief why Jones is called a false minister?
