I'm a Christian who accepted the lord over 30 years ago but fell away due to various trials that I failed to overcome. I always believed and thought about Jesus and drew closer to him last fall during fellowship with another Christian. Shockingly and unexpectedly I was baptized in the Holy Spirit January 7, 2016 and am hoping to connect with a mature spirit-filled elder to answer some questions, confirm teachings about the word grace gifts and practical advice about walking in spirit and truth. Tell us more about how you were baptized in the Spirit and what happened to you afterwards.

Are you continuously reading this site? What have you red so far? Are you finding the answers to your questions regarding the subjects on your mind? What's happening spiritually in your life as a result of what you're hearing here? And what makes you think we're suitable elders in the Lord to lead you? Are you prepared to obey the Lord?

Hi Paul and Victor, came across your site because I was seeking more information on what happened to me regarding baptism of the Holy Spirit. I've been seeking nonstop since the experience regarding prophecy teaching and doctrines I have some questions but have no one I trust in my circle of friends or in the churches your doctrines/teachings strike me as true that's why I reached out to you currently don't have a PC so I have to use my iPhone

on January 7 my friend and I were hanging out in my garage we were about to begin praying and I felt an electric field come over me and control me then I was filled with "a holy fire that burned my being and started praying to Jesus I felt my sin and gods holiness beyond description then I was shown the victory in Jesus's sacrifice and then God's great love all the time hollering to high heaven.

Many strange supernatural and life changing events happened before and after this. I'm experiencing the power of God helping me remove sin in my life and realize that all is forfeit to Jesus it Is however hard to discern exactly what and how to effect all these changes I feel God has authority and will do what he will but am concerned about being misled by the enemy and my flesh. Hopefully I'll have a PC set up soon but would like to discuss this all with a mature Christian

Craig, for now, keep reading at our site, read the Scriptures and ask the Lord to give you His direction; trust that He answers (prayer without faith is of no avail). The Truth will make you free.
