In the church I attend, we have female pastors. What is your take on this?

Good morning!
I greet you through the Holy name of Jesus Christ!
My name Roselyn and I live in South Africa.
I am so glad that I stumbled across your page on the internet. I've been a “Christian” all my life, I was one of those people who starting going to church with my parents as a child. But something happened to me a few months ago and it changed my life completely. God took me through a difficult time in my life and I realised that my relationship with God is more than just a Sunday evening service. After reading some of your material I started looking at things differently and I am so eager to learn more on Gods word. I have so many questions and no-one is able to answer me. Ive been praying to God for wisdom on certain matters and I have found a lot of my answers on your site.
If you don't mind I would like you to elaborate on the following verse -
"Let your women be silent in the churches; for it is not permitted to them to speak, but to be in subjection, as the Law also says. And if they desire to learn anything, let them ask their husbands at home; for it is a shame for a woman to speak in a church" (1 Corinthians 14:34-35).
In the church I attend, we have female pastors. What is your take on this? I want to obey Gods word fully, I seek the truth . Not wishy washy doctrine.
Kind regards,
Roselyn
