In a conversation with Tony, he wrote us:
On your webpage… The Baptism in the Holy Spirit
you make the following statement:
There is One God, manifest in three offices or roles, but not three persons.
You’re a SABELLIAN heretic… and just in case you have no clue what that means… here is the theological definition.
Sabellianism
One of several forms of Modalistic Monarchianism that appeared in the 3d and 4th centuries AD, Sabellianism was a Christian heresy named after Sabellius, a priest excommunicated by Pope Callistus I in 220. Denying the Christian doctrine of the Trinity, Sabellius contended that God is three only in relation to the world, in so many “manifestations” or “modes.” The unity and identity of God are such that the Son of God did not exist before the incarnation; because the Father and the Son are thus one, the Father suffered with the Son in his passion and death (a view called Patripassionism).
So next time to seek to instruct someone else on what you perceive as heresy or false beliefs, maybe you should take a look in your own backyard and clean up your own house you heretic.
See I dont answer heretics directly when they want me to jump, or when they say here, jump through my hoop, according to their whim, its NOT you who is calling the call here. I don’t dance your anti trinitarian tune, you pentacostal heretic. Good thing you didn’t live in the middle ages or they would of burned you at the stake, but your time is coming when you will have to stand before the Lord Jesus Christ at the Great White Throne judgment and give account for all your perversions and lies.
Victor’s reply:
Hi Tony,
In my last letter to you, I asked you this question:
“Why are you so upset?! Ask yourself.”
Apparently you have not asked. At least you have not answered it. I also wrote:
“It is antiChrist, as is your spirit, displayed in your reaction…certainly not a Christlike one, is it?”
Concerning this bitter accusation you now lay against me, I have several things to say:
First, you err, because you rely on men’s words, doctrines and teachings, which are of no authoritative value to us. Our reliance is on God and His Word, where it belongs. We are not subject to man’s judgment:
“But to me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you, or by a human court. Indeed, I do not even judge myself. For I am conscious of nothing, but I have not been justified by this; but He Who judges me is the Lord” (1 Corinthians 4:3-4 EMTV).
Second, even if you were to use men’s definitions and words, you err in judging us by them. We do most certainly believe that the Son existed before the incarnation.
Third, if Sabellius was excommunicated by the antiChrist pope, perhaps you should consider that Sabellius might have had something good going for him, and not evil. How is it you believe liars, and pay homage to the pope of the Roman Church, the most vile and antiChrist organization on the face of the earth? If not Catholic in membership physically, you certainly are spiritually.
Fourth, you write: “See I dont answer heretics directly when they want me to jump, or when they say here, jump through my hoop, according to their whim, its NOT you who is calling the call here.”
Yet you are quite upset, like something is eating you. When we speak the truth of God, we are indeed “calling the shot” here, and you are resisting the truth:
“You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, you also do” (Acts 7:51 EMTV).
Fifth, you write: “Good thing you didn’t live in the middle ages or they would of burned you at the stake….”
Paul wrote:
“Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted” (2 Timothy 3:12 EMTV).
Persecution is no respecter of age or historical context. Take yourself, for example. You were rebuked for your falsehoods, and all you can do is become bitter and vindictive, repeatedly saying to me, “You heretic.” Your spirit reeks of resentment. And you presume to have a site to serve God? There is no doubt in my mind that, if you were permitted, you would light the fagots under my feet right now, without wavering, such is your hateful and incorrigible spirit. If you don’t repent, Tony, you will destroy yourself. God will destroy you because it is written:
“To them who are good to you will I give blessing, and on him who does you wrong will I put My curse: and you will become a name of blessing to all the families of the earth” (Genesis 12:3 BBE).
“And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this way” (Revelation 11:5 EMTV).
Sixth, is it a “good thing” that I was not living in the Middle Ages, in terms of not suffering for the Lord? Says who? Says those who seek only to keep their lives. Are you saying that it was “too bad” that Paul and the apostles lived in the Roman and Jewish tyrannies because they died for the faith? Foolish man. Here is what the Lord Jesus (Whom you profess and presume to serve) has to say about that:
“For whoever desires to save his life shall lose it, but whoever loses his life on account of Me shall find it” (Matthew 16:25 EMTV).
So what you reveal is that it is all about you, glorifying yourself and saving your own skin. You have no use whatsoever for the Lord, except that you use His Name to show off. And what do you have to show off? Nothing, nothing at all. Your site is full of lies, and you call us heretics? And you refuse to be corrected. Here is what the Lord has to say about that:
“Any who love knowledge want to be told when they are wrong. It is stupid to hate being corrected” (Proverbs 12:1 GNB).
“The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but he who listens to advice is wise” (Proverbs 12:15 MKJV).
“A reproof enters more into a wise man than a thousand stripes into a fool” (Proverbs 17:10 MKJV).
“A fool has no delight in understanding, but only that his heart may lay itself bare” (Proverbs 18:2 MKJV).
“A fool’s lips enter into argument, and his mouth calls for strokes” (Proverbs 18:6 MKJV).
“It is an honor for a man to cease from strife, but every fool exposes himself” (Proverbs 20:3 MKJV).
Could it be, Tony, that I am guilty here:
“Do not speak in the ears of a fool, for he will despise the wisdom of your words.” (Proverbs 23:9 MKJV) ?
And here:
“Do not answer a fool according to his foolishness, lest you also be like him.” (Proverbs 26:4 MKJV) ?
Yet it also says:
“Answer a fool according to his foolishness, so that he may not be wise in his own eyes” (Proverbs 26:5 MKJV).
“Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him” (Proverbs 26:12 MKJV).
Seventh, and finally, you write: “…but your time is coming when you will have to stand before the Lord Jesus Christ at the Great White Throne judgment and give account for all your perversions and lies.”
You look forward to that, don’t you? You know why? Because you find yourself before that throne of judgment as we speak. Even now, you look in a mirror. In Christ, we are on the throne, and mirror back, exposing those who are in need of judgment, and the fire will purge you of your perversions and lies. We have been given that authority with you. We are not ignorant of your ways. Believe and it will not be as hard. Resist and you will suffer the wrath of God you wish to impose upon others.
For us have these words been fulfilled:
“To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame and have sat down with My Father in His throne” (Revelation 3:21 MKJV).
And: “And he who overcomes and keeps My works to the end, to him I will give power over the nations. And he will rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of a potter they will be broken to pieces, even as I received from My Father” (Revelation 2:26-27 MKJV).
Tony, we bear you no enmity, but we speak the truth for your sake; repent.
Victor
Paul’s reply:
Tony, Paul here. Why are you talking about the Lord Jesus Christ as if you knew Him? You do not. Here is where you are coming from, according to the apostle:
“But if you have bitter jealousy and strife in your heart, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. For where jealousy and strife exist, there unrest and every evil deed are” (James 3:14-16 EMTV).
As for us being burned at the stake, that is something you would like to see happen, isn’t it? Sure it is. You admit as much in your letter. More evidence that you do not walk in the Light.
“But he who hates his brother is in darkness and walks in darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes” (1 John 2:11 EMTV).
“If a man says, I have love for God, and has hate for his brother, his words are false: for how is the man who has no love for his brother whom he has seen, able to have love for God Whom he has not seen?” (1 John 4:20 BBE)
Your ungodly anger and hatred consumes you. Repent. Why continue destroying yourself?
NOTE: I later looked up Sabellius and found that not one of his writings or sayings exists today. What is known of him is based solely on what his critics of that time say about him. Looking to them for a true witness is like looking to the Pharisees for true information about the Christ. Of course popes and other religious Pharisees cannot be trusted.
As an example, Calvin and his trinitarian fellows always mangle what Servetus preached, though fortunately Servetus’ book still exists, because Calvin fell short of burning all existing copies. It provides an excellent proof against all the false charges, though fools and blind cannot perceive or understand it. Nor do they understand the Scriptures, however, which plainly teach that God has ever been One, and not three beings.
